Dallas Parson, MA, RD, LD
Dietitian
Dallas pursued a career as a dietitian specifically to work with those recovering from an eating disorder. After graduating with a master's in dietetics from Ball State University she began working as a dietitian in a hospital and later for an eating disorder treatment facility where she worked with clients at inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care. She is incredibly excited to join Farrington Specialty Centers' team as an outpatient dietitian. Dallas sees clients in person at our Indianapolis office, and virtually.
Dallas highly values a multidisciplinary approach to ensure each client receives well-rounded and evidence-based care. She is weight-inclusive and integrates intuitive eating strategies and the Health at Every Size philosophy into personalized nutrition counseling, helping clients to reject diet culture, foster body acceptance, and nurture their inherent ability to regulate eating behaviors.
Dallas is an active member of the Eating Disorder Task Force of Indiana (EDTFI) and is pursuing certification as an eating disorder specialist (CEDS).
